Way OT - Lost Dog Home

Hey everyone, I know there's plenty of discussion to be had about SU's bubble status and whatnot, but I wanted to post this here because I'm trying every avenue at this point. I know most on here probably live out of the area, but I know there are many in the Syracuse area as well.

My parents' dog escaped out of their fenced-in yard early yesterday morning. He was last seen in the Euclid/Meadowbrook area. He's a white Siberian Husky named Shadow. He should be wearing a blue collar with tags on it. He's gotten out before, but has usually been found within a few hours. He's been gone nearly 30 hours now, and we haven't had so much as a lead to follow. Here's his picture and a link to a Facebook post about him. Thanks for keeping an eye out.

Good luck. At least he is a Husky so that will keep him warm and I think it's supposed to warm up anyway the next few days. He's also very distinctive looking which will help. Go on Craigslist also. Animal shelters of course.

Hope everything works out. I would definietly post on Facebook. I've seen pages for lost dogs of town/city/etc and they appear pretty effective of getting the word out and also providing pictures.

I posted the Facebook link, which has been shared over 500 times. Is it not showing in this thread? Maybe there's a privacy setting issue?

It's there. Usually if people don't see it here, it's a browser rendering issue. Happens often with twitter stuff too. Ways to get around that from the viewer's end.

My brother-in-law just texted and said that Shadow just showed up in the yard behind my parents' house. Back home safely now. Thanks for the concern everyone! Mods can delete this thread if they want.

Shadow always finds his way home
