That is one classy kid. Judging by the NYP article he approached the recruiting process very intelligently (kudos to the coach as well). And once he made up his mind he didn't wait to let it be known. Could've kept everyone in suspense another day. Could've gone for the "hat" drama. But no theatrics with him. Speaks loudly about the kid's character. This one seems special.

I also like how his friendship with Brandon Reddish helped him make the decision. It seems the nyc kids are a tight group and tend to recruit each other. Lets hope it comes into play with Wayne Williams and Laray Smith next year.
