We aren't winning at NCS

Watching NCS drill three pointers over Duke is going to make our last game of the season really difficult to win. They're outplaying Duke and are up 53-48 with 11 minutes to go. They have several players who appear to be able to knock down threes. Okafor has some problems on the defensive end of the floor.

Obviously not a gimme, but hardly undoable. They lost to Cinci by 16 at home and to Wofford (yes) at home as well... NCST, like us and many CBB teams this year outside maybe a handful of teams, is wildly inconsistent - hence we, and they, will probably have a signature win or two, and a couple What losses...

Cincinnati two weeks ago went into PNC Arena and pounded NC State. State gets up when they play their NC rivals even though Roy owns NC State even when his teams struggle they beat State.

We can win @NC State but it will be tough.

A) Why are we talking about a game so far away?

B) What does how NC State is playing against Duke have to do with how they'll play against us?

C) Why on Earth would we think there's no way we'd beat a non-top 25 team that hasn't beaten anybody good until today and has lost to some unspectacular teams at home?

Lol calm down dude. This game is their Super Bowl. Nc state would make final 4 if they played every game like today. They won't.

A lot can happen between now and then. NC State has been wildly inconsistent in recent years - I'm not sure what a game in mid-January has to do with the outcome of a game in early March.

They shot 63% from 3 and Duke shot 27%. Those stats have absolutely no bearing on games against SU.

No easy wins in ACC this year. They're all going to be wars.
