As long as the NCAA keeps the limit of additions to the program at 25 guys you can't really just plug another guy in their place. Taking a transfer counts toward the 25 limit. We always take about 25 guys a class anyway. If the new transfer rules remain long term and we start having more players leave than what is typical it will start to negatively affect us. I'd say in general we really don't want players to leave unless they really will not contribute in any way.
