I think we should also just assume, for semantics purposes, that if we have an announced crowd of 49k, it's a sellout.  Anything 48k or less, it's not.  There was some talk one point that there's only been one true sellout, but I know others (that have been mentioned in this thread) were labeled as sellouts during that week.

Clemson was never going to be 49k.  But it could have been 45k.

Now it's going to be under 40k.  On ABC at 3:30 pm.  Against the #1 team in the country.   That's really not going to show well on TV.  Thankfully ABC's version of HD seems a little more blurry than most.  Those orange seatbacks between the 30s might look like humans.

Here's hoping the next guy can fix it.  And that his tenure to do so starts with the 2016 season.
