What an amazing accomplishment!
Who would have ever though this 3-4 weeks ago? We won a toss-up, a game we would have been embarrassed to lose, a thriller against a close friend of JAB, and a stunner against a conference foe that's mysteriously achieved a status unbecoming of a program that's been dormant for 30 years. We ultimately succumbed to the most accomplished (yet ridiculed) coach of the modern era.
Congrats to Trevor Cooney. You have been my favorite player for 5 years. I posted 5 years ago that you were the most important recruit since GMAC, and sure enough you are the ONLY SU player to ever play in two Final Fours! Un real!
