I will never get over 1987. I will never forget the pain and the pain on the players faces after the game and at the pep rally when they got back from New Orleans, they were trying but looked like they wanted to crawl into a hole and die. Since then it’s been fun and holy crap tonight was insane!

They really think they’re still 1980s Indiana, like Bobby Knight is still there and still the best coach out there.

They’ve been mediocre, like us, for most of the Archie Miller era and the end of the Tom Crean era, but at least we make the tourney and then win games when we get there.
