Goddam, I would love to see that team in action. The fans would never lose. Team might lose ... a lot ... But it would be fun to watch.
Any chance he'd be a real candidate?ST's and a big in with NJ.

Here's a link to an article on a coach that did it for real in Arkansas.
Highly doubt it. He has been around NJ HS football a long time and is something of a Bob Hurley type. He has lived in the same town for as long as I've been alive. Same area as Ross and Rickie Krautman. The kids probably went to HS together (same HS that produced Chris Simms, Tim Pernetti, and Greg Schiano) but Toal coached at Hackensack instead. Forced his oldest to to Hackensack to play for dad. Tough school then. Kid quit and went to Ramapo. Never played again. Next son went to Ramapo and Toal took a step down to become an assistant there, so he could coach his son. Then HC/AD was supposed to step down from FB and let Toal take over. Toal's presence brought in Simms, who lived there and grew up with the Toal kid. AD got wind of Simms and refused to step aside. That kid went on to BC and was a pretty good LB. I think that was Rickie Krautman's era. Bosco jumps at the opportunity to make Toal their HC as soon as his kid graduates. The next kid is Bosco bound and the next two Simms kids are too. Schiano gets hired at Rutgers the exact same time and one of his first hired ironically is his HS FB coach Mike Miello, opening up the spot Toal was supposed to take. Miello was RB coach at RU one year and then demoted to an office and recruiting coordinator type job the next. By year three he was gone, but not before Schiano had mined all his NJ HS and AD contacts. Smart guy.Any chance he'd be a real candidate?
apparently the subliminal ads were not as effective on youNot me.
I wanted to run through the Adirondacks, killing every Huron who Magua left behind to stop me, before I send him to his maker...
Marrone talked to him twice. Went with younger guys.
