We just were! Too many mistakes, seemingly Zero game plan, complete game mismanagement by Babers and Tommy, doomed us. We will be in almost every game we play with that defense. Coaches have to be better. Offense has to be better. It’s time for anyone else but Tommy. 5 years and zero improvement. He is the exact same guy.

We’ve had this same losers lament for 4 yrs now. There’s nothing worse than constantly being “close” because you’re left with the frustration of being one play away from victory after every game.
If we just plain sucked every game, like in the Gerg Error, at least you’d rest easy knowing we don’t measure up. But this, this is like slow torture. Good enough to compete, not good enough to win.

If these teams play 10 times I see pretty close to a 5-5 split. We lost mostly because the turnover difference was 3-0.

Special teams crapped the bed. Tommy was Tommy. We turned it over 3 times to 0. Tommy still got sacked behind an improved line. We committed twice as many penalties. And our coaches don't cut it on offense.

They put up 17 points to out 7. We were NOT better.

I also think we are better than Rutgers. Just bad luck and a few careless mistakes. God was on Rutgers's side plus B1G referees' subtle influences on some calls.

Cuse certainly dominated the RU offensive line. I would have expected some tackles for losses, but it went well beyond the expected
