kicker.
seriously kicker, you could argue that the Pitt game is entirely on the inability to get kicks that good teams expect to make, also the BC game came down to the wire because of Shafer's non-trust in Norton (although he clearly redeemed himself before the game was over) and how many other times this year have we been plagued by kicking issues?
In terms of other positions, its all about the QB for me. Can Hunt or one of the young guys step up and give us above average QB play consistently? That is what has been killing us the most this season, even mediocre QB play for most of the ACC schedule would open up our running game immensely.
Next year our guys have another year of development, we are bringing in a whole host of playmakers, and if we get some solid improvement at the QB position, to where we get above average play, we should be able to hang with any team in any game next year conference wise. (Note I did not say win, I said hang with, as in be competitive).
