Love seeing that McCullough story.

Since the 2002 timeframe, we've had exceedingly good luck landing early commitments. I'm convinced that part of the reason we've recruited well since then is that when you've got next year's class [or big portions of it] lined up in advance, you can spend your time building relationships with the kids from the next class, which puts you in stronger position with them, rather than having to worry about securing commitments to fill out this year's class.

Yeah, and from the looks of it, the staff is in good shape with the 2015 and 2016 recruits already. There is no end in sight.
