Welcome Wayne Morgan

Fire up that fax machine. Good get, good start and let's keep it rolling!

That is a great article.

When Nick Saban offers you a scholarship before your senior year, that usually means you're pretty damn talented.

Not to mention beating out Penn State, Michigan, Wisconsin, and WVU.

Recently, as National Signing Day approached, Landberg had given Morgan a list of questions to ask himself about Syracuse and UConn. That list included points about graduation rates, depth charts, networking connections in New York City for after college, proximity and the relationship with the position coach.

Syracuse came up aces in almost every question on the list. When Morgan realized that, he knew where he’d want to play next year and beyond.

That's how it should be done. Sounds like a smart kid.

Now please just sign that dotted line Mr. Morgan and let's get this thing rolling!

Awesome! It is refreshing to look at our possible commit list and see it comprised of basically all 3 stars with a random 4 star in the mix. Assuming we close strong this class is very good for where we are as a program. Stars are not the end all be all but we are competing with the big boy schools for these guys and that is a great sign.

It's nice to see that we're battling the big boys and not northeastern and the like.

Is Landberg his HS coach? The article doesn't say. If so, that's a great coach and it would benefit all HS players if all coaches did this. However, reading many articles, especially those where schools have pulled schollies, it's obvious a lot of HS coaches still don't approach recruiting the right way.

Also, I don't see him listed as and ESPN 150 player. Did he drop off or was he never there?

I like to see good athletes play for the Orange and this group is the best in years.

Wayne's World baby.
There needs to be a section in the Dome called "Wayne's World" with fake long hair wigs and hats.

Yes Danny Landberg is his coach, that's him on the left. The article never mentions his first name or that he is Wayne's coach.

Here's a nice story about Landberg from December

It's nice to see a coach that is looking out for the player/person and not into the ego game that too many coaches have.
