Went to a unlv game today...

And just felt compelled to post because the final score was 80 to 8, over Idaho state. And they weren't even trying to run up the score, the entire forth quarter they only ran the ball.
It was 35-0 after a hour first quarter, never seen anything like it.

Its a crazy sight to watch a team put up that many points, curious if anyone else has been to a college game like that.

9/19/98 'Cuse jumped out 42-0 on Rutgers midway through the 2nd quarter...went on to win 70-14. Rutty couldn't get out of their own way, one turnover after another.

Dare I say, 'twas a bit of a dumpster fire.

I was there as a 10 year old & admit that I had to look up the specifics.

The craziest rout I've ever seen was actually a HS game. Onondaga & Mike Hart playing against Oriskany HS. Forget what year he was but Hart returned the opening kickoff, ran back a pick-6 on Orisksny's 2nd offensive play, & then scored 3 TDs on 4 carries. Hart out-scored them 30-0 in the 1st quarter over the course of maybe an hour real-time. He took his helmet off & it was clear that his night was done so 3/4 of the crowd left.
