I was waiting in a long line to gain entrance, after an already tumultuous encounter with board royalty, CTO. To my right was one of those crowd control fences that went up maybe waist height. A few feet to the site of it ambles by Doug Gottleib. Not being much for facial recognition of "famous" people, I was unaware until some oafish gentlemen behind me said something. Having alcohol in me, without hesitation, I yelled out, "Doug Gottlieb (very brief pause ), you suck!!", as I pointed the bony finger like the Grim Reaper in the Son of a Boeheim shirt I had on(had a Cuse hat on as well, so Doug could see where I was coming from). At some point after or during my brief commentary, he slowed a bit and turned, and had a large grin on his face. I'd imagine he was used to doing this by now, for some reason. Now granted there was a small barrier between us, but it would have presented little difficulty if I wanted to truly accost the guy. I really hope he wasnt using THAT as a basis for [I]his[/I] anecdote, but thanks to this thread(and comments here/under the syracuse.com article), it's doubtful I'll ever have complete certainty, unless more is revealed, lol. What a trip of mixed emotions, which is why I didn't respond to that thread wondering about my wellbeing([I]I[/I] am still wondering), although I appreciated it very much and would like to thank whomever the OP was for their concern. It's nice to see decency still exists! S***, like that pop song said, "It's all coming back to me, now". I also heckled him again after the game at the cbs sports thing that had 2 groups of analysts. I could upload the pictures of Doug and the bright fluorescent shoes he was sporting to those of us behind the set, but I'm guessing that's already been done due to the level of obsession on here? (I reflected later, and felt some remorse for letting it influence me, when I realized the guy was like any of us and trying to make his mark/brand and look "cool", not unlike kids back in high school).
