What can we do?

It seems like, at least once a week there is a thread about paying Dino more money. I think that is out of our control. So what can we do?

I think in our personal or professional life one of the worse things a person can do is take a person for granted. Sometimes a simple thank you does wonders.

I don’t think anyone takes Coach Babers for granted; but I was wondering if we could start a “THANK YOU DINO!” cheer on Friday during the game. If the answer is yes, I know there will be questions like when do we start? How do we get the message out?

Just thought it would be something Coach Babers would appreciate.

Well he has a contract he signed. I’m sure there is talk of an extension. Since there are only about 10 to 12 teams a sitting P5 coach would jump to, i’m guessing wildhack has it under control

It's senior night and the guys who've been taking a literal beating for 4 years and finally turned things around have one last bittersweet night in the dome. How about showing up early, giving them nice applause and make them and their parents proud when they get to walk on field with them?

Don't get me wrong, I love Dino too, but I think he'd agree with everything I said.

Big Boy money after the year come negotiating time. He'll probably interview somewhere else we just have to match/pay more. The rhetoric on here would suggest every P5 coach is paid like Saban but its far from the case.

We should look at it as a cost associated with the Dome reno.
