1. After the BCS expires, there probably will be a 4 team playoff. It's unknown at this time if the Top 4 teams (regardless of conference affiliation) will get invited, or if conference champions will be protected as long as they're in the Top 6.
2. There will always be a Rose Bowl, involving the B1G and the Pac12.
3. Looks like there will be a "Rose Bowl of the South" involving the SEC and the BigXII. More than likely it will involve the SEC #2 or #3 team against the Big XII #2 team.
After that, it's a blank slate.
