No reason to schlep all the way to Colorado, when we can save money and play one another. Coaches already have a pre-existing relationship.
We’ll even promise not to beat y’all too badly.
I get the feeling Fran Brown and Schiano have little interest playing each other. Don’t see it happening. If it happens, it would probably be with someone closer as well.

Colgate, UB or Army.

Maybe if you Hobos ever built a fieldhouse, we would consider it.

But I am sure Fran is too worried about hurting our players against the Bullies of the Big Ten.

If you were Colgate, Buffalo or Army would you want to give Fran Brown a couple of days to see (and evaluate) your players practice in person?

Imagine if we had scrimmaged against Albany a few seasons ago and got to see Jared Verse in action.

What's the upside for those schools?

One of the bonuses if we do get to practice and scrimmage with Colorado is the publicity that comes with a matchup like this including having the scrimmage televised on ESPN2. The hype and publicity that would come with this experience would be huge and would only help recruiting.

Your garbage program can go try to ride somebody else’s tail for some attention we have better things to do with our time. Did you guys figure out the forward pass yet?

I hear ya, but Verse still left without that spring practice. Not having the imaginary game didn't prevent the inevitable from happening.

Verse left after the whole world had a chance to see him in action in 2021. The portal was in its infancy at that time. Having a couple of practices and a scrimmage with lower schools only exposes the top players from the lower school to potential poaching.

Again, wouldn't it be nice to see a player like Verse before the rest of the football world knows about him?

This is like asking me what I think of an anal probe.

Frankly, I thought I’d see more entertaining material here.

We want to play equals, not inferiors. Plus we have to protect our players’ knees from your coach.
