Duke was the 4th 1 seed last year and had San Diego State as their 2 seed who was not the 5th overall seed, but was given the West for location purposes. So techincally the 1st overall seed could get the 5th overall seed and top 2 seed. This year I believe that will happen I believe the 1's will be SU, UK, KU, and Duke.
