What Doug was asking for wasn't much but the new owner has so little faith in him he didn't give him what he wanted cause he doesn't care that Doug left.

Did he fire him flat out, no. What Pegula did was just say...leave if ya want I don't care. That's NOT a vote of confidence and is a different method of cleaning house.
