is that tonight proved to me that SU could make it to the final game without Fab and possibly win it all. SU nearly beat OSU tonight with 4 guys playing with 4 fouls from the 12 minute mark in the second half. Even though they had to play not to foul they never quit and they nearly pulled it off. This team was great all season.
At the beginning of the season OSU was ranked higher than SU, and that proved to be a mistake. After tonight no one can tell me that OSU is a better team than SU even without Fab. Yes, OSU won tonight, but these two teams were even. And with Fab SU was a better team all season. It's like Gottlieb said the best teams don't always win in the tournament.
