This is the "split lip" that was caused by a major college running back punching her several times in the face. The investigator for the prosecution said that it didn't look like the result of a punch to the face.  That, and dirt on her knee, were the injuries caused.

She was admittedly drunk (underage), and the only witness to support her claim was her friend, was SO drunk that she was unable to write out a legible report even well after the incident.

The accuser was unable to identify Dalvin Cook in a photo lineup, but then amazingly could several days later.  Coincidently, her boyfriend is a safety at Auburn.

And she's hired a lawyer for a civil case, of course.

This case was pursued for publicity reasons only, but also because SA Meggs has ALWAYS pursued FSU players this way...its just what he does.
