Thinking outside the box...
Why can't college athletes get paid through agencies, promotions, advertising deals, etc.?
Why can't college football/basketball players enter the draft and if they're not drafted, they can go back to school if they wish? Hell, even if they get drafted and want to play for a college program a year or two, why not? Doesn't the NHL do that?
Don't tell me it would ruin recruiting parity. THERE IS NONE.
From a truly logical standpoint - what's the issue?
