We have our QB1 and there will be huge upside and hype going into next year.  I don't think there is any world where Rickie stays here anyway.

I'm less interested in the Who right now and more interested if the coaching staff can get on the same page. We are playing this middle ground of not committing to the run but then telling the team we're going to have a balanced offense.  Then they see Rickie pass 45 times and run the ball 10 times.  Whole offense and team is confused...

I need to watch the last 2 weeks again but Nixon seems to be too willing to allow the defense to dictate his playcalling.  They leave our playmakers with matchup issues to goad us into passing but Rickie can't make those plays like his 2 predecessors.

Over the last 2 weeks 4 interceptions and 13 pass deflections + 3 sacks.  He threw the ball 96 times.  So over 20% of his throws are big plays for the defense that just give them momentum and deflate our team.
