The Fine case is much murkier. Accusers have already recanted. Credibility is an issue with the remaining accusers. And Fine has not yet been charged (and likely never will). But the NCAA has taken on new punitive powers. Scary to think what they'll do with them. I hope that a Freeh type report is done and if there was abuse and a coverup, appropriate action is taken.
