At home Vs. Clemson, or @ FSU. Can't pick both.

For me it's Clemson. It would be at home in fornt of a huge crowd, and most likely on national tv. That would be awesome exposure. Being at home, there would likely be recruits in the house. Not to mention, I can't stand Clemsons' delusional, self entitled fan base. Last I checked, we have the same number of National Titles, and more NFL Hall of Famers...with more to come soon.

Florida State would be huge also, but I like our chances better against Clemson. Florida States D line is so damn big and fast.

Of course the possibility of going into FSU @ 6-1 and beating them would generate so much buzz, momentum, confidence, maybe I'm changing my mind.

Sticking with Clemson for now...

Definitely Clemson, because our program desperately needs to create more loyal fans, and that is better achieved by casual fans/children who are in the Dome to witness a thrilling victory.

Clemson. Their fans earned my eternal disdain for booing our players when they got injured last season. Nothing would please me more than knocking those smarmy, arrogant pretenders down a peg.

I would love either, but I am going to go with FSU. Only because they come first on the schedule and I am hoping we can take care of business and enter that game at 6-1 and likely be ranked, and then validate that ranking by beating a highly ranked foe on the road on national TV.

This.

Heck, if we knock off FSU at their place and get to 7-1...maybe the Clemson game at home wouldn't be classified as an upset ;-)

@ FSU. Brutal road venue, against a multi national championship winning program, in the heart of our recruiting area AND comes first on the schedule. Not sure why I can only have 1 though. If we somehow get it done @ FSU the dome will be loud and rowdy when the (orange) tigers roll in from the south.

Clemson.

1. Their fan base has a huge percentage of a*******. (Seriously, went to their board just to see if they had any discussion of the LSU game, and on the first page there was a thread about whether "death valley" - we all know the real one is in Baton Rouge - will be "Syracuse loud." Those idiots are STILL upset that we think there Carrier Dome gets loud. Ask LSU whether it gets loud.)

2. Home game. It will be loud. And if we go into that game 7-2 or 6-3, then it might be an event.

3. I think Clemson and FSU are both a year away from getting back to true playoff contention levels. This will be a great opportunity to beat them. Plus we gave them all they could handle for a half last year. No reason to think we wont be able to play with them now.

This sums up Clemson

Clemson!
Same day as rescheduled Plaza 44 Event.
Would be great for recruits to hang with Jim Brown and Floyd Little in a Rockin' Dome as we pull off the upset!!!

Good point...never thought of that. I'm all in. I think in terms of building a great season it would be FSU. In terms of building the future, it's Clemson.
