Arm strength is such a minimum threshold requirement with low correlation to QB success, and something that people point to when other attributes are lacking. Collins looked like he lacked playmaking apptitude. He didn't go through progressions. He didn't do thinks like manipulate the secondary with his eyes to help open up throwing lanes. Was hoping that he would enable the offense to be something like 85% of what it was under Angeli. This was his first start, so I want to believe / hope that he'll get better and improve, but I think pending a massive improvement next game, I need to rebasline the expectations.
