What would happen if Indiana got Covid breakout and couldn’t play Ohio State this week?

Indiana has played more game than Ohio State. If they got this game PPD it would actually be in there best interest.
Same for Northwestern against Wisconsin this week.

What happens?

This stuff has to scare the Big Ten office.

They'd probably move some games around so those teams have to play, whoever their opponents are for that week would play each other or they'd do some kind of roulette to move around the schedule... OR they say sorry indiana OSU is our cash cow and they get to play in the Big ten title game lol
