These guys have the right stuff. Maybe its the energy they are showing but something is different in the approach for damn sure. butI like it.At his age and ambition Doug seemed tired whenever I saw him on television. Looking back on the time we met prior to his first season his big emphasis was building "good men" Maybe a bit too much emphasis. The number of kids that were disciplined for violation of team rules.These rules are never disclosed. No way of knowing if these kids are deprived of doing things that kids do. I understand rules but anything can be over done.Sure some of these riles are in place for the protection of these young people

could it be that the new staff is younger and eager to build their coaching resumes and some of the old staff was in a different stage of their careers?

For all of my bitching about the TBFOIB i think that Doug did a very good job of identifying talent and building our team back up.
