Why haven't there been any announcements about the exact nature of Howard Washington's injury and what kept Barama Sidebe out of the UVA game?

Is it just an interpretation of student privacy rights under FERPA (Federal Education Rights and Privacy Act) or HIPAA?

Legally we don’t have a right to know what injuries the players suffer.

JB's post game presser vs. UVA he said that Sidibe got his knee banged last game and they knew they wouldn't have him yesterday. Probably won't have him tomorrow either. We know that it's tendonitis.

Sidide was hobbling very bad in the layup line. Doesn't look good at all. Someone bumped into his knee at GA Tech and he hyperextended it.

Great to see HW energetic on the bench and supporting his teammates.

We gotta get Sidibe back and healthy again. He gives us a little frontline depth and is a scoring threat when his mobility is good. I’m hopeful his knee will get better with this week of rest.
