That you knew Sean was going to be something incredibly special. I think mine was when he busted that long run at Notre Dame.
Maxwell Award. Semi finalist.

the run Sat was his best run of his career.. took it to gap. cut it outside ran to the DB made a move and took that outside then turned the corner and ran for about 40 yds..

And it looked like he accelerated about 20 yards in...like he had a third gear.

I'm not going to say I predicted him breaking any records or being quite THIS insane.

But I thought it was pretty clear last year when he started playing that he was different. He had the prototype build for an RB. More importantly, all the runs that went for no yardage both early in 2020 and often in 2019, suddenly went for 3-5. He just always had the vision to turn nothing into something. And something into something bigger.

This year has been a treat.

Watch him when he crosses the goal line on a run...he nods his head like he’s running a 100 yard dash and breaking the timing line. It’s funny

Yup!! Has done this since his first one -
that amazing TD where he rolled over the GaTech player and kept running.

Great points except that he was a true freshmen in 2020 and this season is his second year in the program.

If this was his third year out of HS, I'm pretty sure we'd be watching his last three regular season college games in the coming weeks.

I meant that in 2019 we often saw runs go for no yardage because we really didn't have a true running back type back there. Moe Neal was pretty good at hitting some home runs, but not these finding something out of nothing runs that we started seeing with Tucker when he hit the field in 2020.

I didn't go back to 2018 because Dungey helped the entire running game back then and the OL was better. Shrader does that now too. But Tucker was finding his way even when there was no QB threat of running. And a not very good OL.

I won’t lie, I didn’t have him pegged as a recruit. But it was pretty obvious when he got Kerry’s in his freshman year that he was a little different. Always fell forward. Always got positive yardage. Those are things that you can try to teach but to a large extent are natural.

I am pleased with his performance.
