The timing is good to take control of the Northeast.  It is also a good time to hit Florida hard, as West Virginia and Rutgers, two schools that have recruited that state hard, no longer play conference games in that state.  In addition, USF has been relegated to the 2nd division.
 
4) I have no problem with half the staff having Western Michigan roots.  We can dominate the recruiting of Kalamazoo and its suburbs like no one ever has before!  No seriously, the hires SS has been sound fine to me. 
 
You definitely don't need everyone on the staff to have experience recruiting your prime recruiting areas.  But you should have a couple of coaches on the staff who are very familiar with the prime areas.  That is all I am saying.  Really hope Coach Anselmo will stay on board.  I understand he is sick, hope he is better soon.
