To a degree.

We still were sub .500 and clearly had an issue defending last year. Surely some of the guys in that thread were better defenders, no?

If you want to say, "hey, the grass wasnt greener. You shouldnt have left" and all that, sure.

But these threads seem to be a chance to dunk on those guys with the idea they stink.

But...are we better or worse because some of these guys left?

For those that want the cliff’s notes: all of our “best” players that transferred out over the past few years are average players at best on their mediocre teams they transferred to.

Basically, we’re mediocre and the recruits we get are mediocre.

Woody left a system that was a great fit to play in one that definitely is not a fit.

I still think that he would have been very good here.

Yeah.

It's a bit of a self own making the argument that they weren't big losses because they aren't that good.

It indicates a different problem.
