I don't think Houston will draft Clowney, but I think the Rams will trade the 2nd pick to whomever wants Clowney and will pickup a 2015 1st pick for their troubles. The trade I would think that makes the most sense is St. Louis trading the 2nd overall pick to Atlanta for the 6th overall pick, 2014 2nd round pick, 2015 1st round pick. Now I think this is a trade I wouldn't do,  but Atlanta fell apart this year, but is really close to the Super Bowl and their pass rush sucks. Stick Clowney in the Georgia Dome with that noise and that offense getting Julio Jones back and they are contender next year with a last place schedule to boot. Clowney wouldn't be too far from home in Atlanta and I think he becomes a double digit sack guy his rookie year.

Clowney is the most talented player overall in the draft IMO. However, you just need the kid's heart/motor to match his talent. He is sorta like Julius Peppers, but even a little more talented I believe.
