Didn’t Jim Brown score like 43 points in a game once? That doesn’t scratch the top 8?

Ha - yeah, that's chat gpt's fault. (I forgot about that game - he probably went straight to a lacrosse game and was awesome at whatever they do in that terrible sport)

Throw in Walter Reyes v Notre Dame in the Dome

Kyle's game vs Miami was way better. 380 yards and 3 TD's against a very solid team.

Washington State was respectable on offense but their D appeared to be a bunch of Washington State cafeteria workers that had been stuffed into uniforms.

That being said, Kyle's likely final SU game will grow into Bill Brasky proportions as the years go by and that's OK. A storybook ending to a great and likely brief career in Orange. We will not see his like again for a very long time.

Joe Morris had some big ones
Little Joe/Joe the Jet. His junior year he separated his shoulder running into the wall on the sidelines of the dome before they padded them. If not for that I think he would have been the second player after Tony Dorsett to gain over 1,000 yards all four years on the ground. It took Parcells a while to know how good Joe was.

AET in that insane Pitt game

13 catches 178 yards 5 TDs!
Just looked up Mahoney in that game. 43/61 for 440 yards, 5 passing TD's along with 2 on the ground (Also a pick six for good measure, at Pitt after all)

If we're just talking bowl performances that's easily #1.

Floyd Little v Tennessee 1966 Gator Bowl

My ChatGPT said #1 was fullback Terry Morris racing Little Joe down Marshall St at 2 am. Game was over before it started.

terrible sport? what gives?

Miami game where in one play Eric mortal combat kicked a defender in the chest and in another play went and ripped out his own interception back from a defenser for a 1st down. Thats up there for me. McCord was a surgeon, Eric was gladiator.
