It doesn't really change anything except potentially the credibility of the accusers. They have three stories that aren't remotely similar to each other, which is a bit fishy.

Maybe in court but honestly this part of story means nothing to me. It's very possible that Davis doesn't remember 1st time the met. The kid lived in Bernie's house that were the story starts

No it doesn't matter at all. Ignore the lies that are proven and believe stuff that has no collaboration. The fact he is lying, again, doesn't seem to concern you? Try credibility. He is like Swanzy throwing a handful of it against the wall to see if something will stick. That is why it matters.

I don't think it's a big deal either, but I doubt kids obsessed with Syracuse basketball forget when they first meet any of these guys. I mean, Fine is the freaking King of Syracuse! You don't forget that.
