We need to use our walk on punters if this the best Williams can do..... is he hurt?

Maybe some day James Williams will, too. The issue will be: does he have to buy a ticket?

There was NO velocity to his punting motion- it looked like he was trying to pooch kick
from midfield and have it downed at the 8.

He was hitting them in warm ups. So far he isnt good under pressure.

We need someone to run special teams on staff. I don't believe we have someone fully dedicated (maybe I'm wrong?)

We have Blair Cavanaugh who is quality control coach for special teams and Jeff Hammerschmidt who is a special teams analyst. He actually does have quite a bit of special teams experience but neither one was a kicker or punter.

We do not have a special teams coordinator.

we do have people as mentioned above that “help” and “run” special teams but not anyone who specializes in it that we would call a ST coordinator
