I think we're looking for guys who can fill a lot of roles as opposed to specialist like Adonis Ameen-Moore who was goal line/power and Phillips who was really built for more of a 3rd down role. And I know Adonis came in as an every down guy, but, he put himself in the other category ultimately. Guys who can run, catch and block in all situations make it easier, every down backs if you will.
