The decision making by Shafer and they way he acts on the field leads a lot to be desired from someone that I want to run my program.   He needs to lead by example better.  Dropping -Bombs on the field, throwing the visor, getting 15 yard penalties called against you and overall acting like a child needs to be cleaned up.   You wonder why our team is so undisciplined look no further then the head coaches actions on the sidelines.   If things don't turn around the next 7 games on and off the field then I can see Syverud just blowing it up and cleaning house.

I am in Shafer's corner and want him to succeed but this season has brought many doubts that he is a true leader of a D1 P5 program.   Time will tell I am not ready to close the book on him yet.
