I find it interesting the threads where folks speculate who will and who will not start for SU this year, or for that matter how any player is likely to play this year. Most or at least some of the rationale behind many of the "he will" or "he won't" start statements (or how he will play this season) seems to be rooted in their performance/ability last year and that apparently this performance/ability will simply clone to this season. Perhaps more important factors (which is hard to evaluate tangibly) include the work and improvement a player's put in over the summer, the learning and maturity factor, practice this fall, overall team dynamics/interactions, etc. This sure would seem to supersede whatever happened last year. I know you guys consider this, but sometimes ya have to wonder based on some of the things I read here. So, speculate on (it's fun)...but I find it all a bit amusing. Frankly, most of them could start with the improved talent SU has this year!
