Class of 2014 Who'd we offer?

Anyone know who Alex Kline is referring to in his recent tweet today? Presumably we offered a top 30 talent in the class of '14. Is this anything new or just recycled 'stuff'? (I don't have access to that portion of the Recruit Scoop site.) Thanks.

Rashad Vaughn received the offer. He's a 2 guard from Minnesota, ranked 17 overall in the country by Scout in their latest rankings for 2014 they put out today.
