Boxing has died for many reasons and this article links it to what could happen in golf. I don't necessarily agree with that or the similarities but boxing was huge for many years. Going back to the 20's thru the 90's. Dempsey thru Tyson. You knew the Heavyweights. You knew the middleweights. People would argue who was the best. At one time you had Ali, Frazier, Foreman, Norton, Holmes, Spinks all in the same generation. Even the Olympic guys were big heroes. Now it's like Floyd Meriwether and I don't even know if he is still active. But we could definitely add Mike Tyson to the potential invitee list.
