I work at the University of South Carolina. That being said, trust me, I've heard it all over the campus why we were not deserving while they were. The biggest argument that I heard last week, by far, was us going only 5 out of our last 6 games.

This argument (what we did over the last 10 games, is Doug G's biggest point as well. While I understand Doug G's point about our results don't change the fact that we shouldn't have gotten in (even though I completely disagree), what he is missing, among many things, is that the committee obviously saw a team that was capable of playing like what we are seeing.  Therefore, they weren't all that concerned with our most recent losses but instead, looked at our full body of work and who we beat and from that, they could see what we were capable of doing if given an opportunity. Well, obviously they were right.

Oh, and around Univ of South Carolina today... crickets.  Most people now get it.
