I agree with everyone's responses, but to be fair, I'm pretty sure if they wanted to get crazy they could have bought a longer commitment in terms of the general contract for Frost. What I don't understand about his stance on a 2-year commitment is what big-time school is scared off by a buy-out anyway? You mean if we sign him to a six-year deal and it has a $10M buyout on it and he comes in here and dominates that Nebraska or whomever isn't going to pay the coin to get him out of our gig and on their campus? That whole narrative of the two-year contract demand strikes me as hard to believe.

Having said that, this whole thread does appear to be 18 hours behind.

Good thread as we needed another one discussing money started. SU and money has only been discussed in 2,000 other posts in the past 3 days out here. Mostly by people who have no inside information and know nothing about the process and what has been offered.
