They have a passionate fan base, a decent coach, and zero academic requirements. ANYBODY can go there and not have to worry about A) qualifying and B) keeping up grades.

They're pretty much doing what UNC did - only it's not cheating for WVU.

EDIT: They're also near s bunch of good recruits (western PA and OH), and they probably have pretty decent facilities.
