- FBS > FCS when both teams are good. And we will be good.
- Terrel Hunt is going to have a big year and it will begin Friday night. He was way too much for last year’s FCS opponent, Wagner. Hunt ripped the Seahawks for 15/18, 265 yards and 3 scores with no picks while running for another 22 yards. Expect something similar tomorrow.
- Some guys in our receiving corps are going to begin to make their presence felt. It might even become a strength before the end of the year.
- Our running attack, behind a veteran line, should be impossible for an FCS team to stop.
- Having a light, more mobile defense might be an advantage vs. a team whose quarterback is their leading rusher.
- I expect to see Brisley Estime, the Salt Badger, lining up next to Erv Phillips at the goal line for the opening kick-off. And I expect to see one of them in the other end zone before too long.
