No:

The SEC and Big Ten are not going to get smaller.
The PAC-12 is safe due to location.

The ACC and Big XII are the ones fighting for the last seat.

As long as UNC remains happy and Clemson and Florida State gets their needs pacified the ACC is safe.
The Big XII is being held up by Texas.
Oklahoma has value but not enough to take Oklahoma State as well according to the PAC-12.
Kansas has value.
West Virginia has value.

Iowa State, Baylor, Texas Tech, Kansas State are fillers with not much value but they are in the P5 for now.

The ACC has more schools with value than the Big XII.

Notre Dame will eventually join the Big Ten or ACC.  However power conferences are not  going to get smaller. Too much money would be lost from TV.

Alabama loves their schedule they play 3 tomato cans at home, one big time neutral site game then at least 7 of 8 conference games within driving distance from their campus. They wouldn’t want to be independent.

The only school that is semi interested in being like Notre Dame is Texas. However because they get to keep their Longhorn Network money they are happy with their current situation.
