Given that Marquette really has no one taller than 6-8 at this juncture and that Keita probably won't play, what about a front court again of Fair, Joseph and Southerland again when Melo needs a rest or gets into foul trouble? Depending how Xmas plays, maybe we go this route more proactively earlier in the game rather than out of desperation like when Rakim fouled out aginst Providence.
This could be a quite effective trio. We would still have a size advantage, have the quickest front court we can possibly employ, have our leading rebounder in the game and add an outside shooting threat. At the same time, when Melo is in, we really need to make an effort to get him the ball down low. And when Christmas is in, he really needs to hit the boards extra hard
