I don't see why not and what is the worst that can happen, it gets denied

DC played in 13 of 31 games (42%) with an average of less then 13 minutes per game

We've seen a lot of crazy decisions out of the NCAA over the years so I would at least give a try for DC

Feel so bad for DC after all the hard work put in and to think we will have only played in 37 games going into his 3rd year and with very limited minutes in those 37 games, his development is so far behind where we all thought he would be at this point

I was under the impression that the relevant percentage was games played, not minutes. Because at that low amount per game, it would be interesting if they could make a "stretch" case on the total amount of season he's played being relatively low.

It doesn't make sense to me that this would be a viable argument--reserve players might all qualify after injuries if this were the case, for example.
