How do people ignore a guy like Fritz who has accomplished this much as a college head coach and done the impossible over and over?  Let's revisit this in 5 years and see how many of those "hot coaches" are still considered hot by then.  By the time Fritz is hot, he'll be unattainable like Tom Herman.

I remember when Herman was at Texas State.  His offense was unbelievable.  This guy is a member of MENSA and it shows on the field.  Made me sick when he followed Bailiff to Rice and Texas State promoted another one of Bailiff's assistants to head coach instead.  Of course, Herman went to Iowa State where he got noticed by Ohio State and the rest is history.

Likewise, Fritz will get noticed at Iowa State so I'll get to watch another one of my schools waste an opportunity to get this guy.
