Comment: We’ve kicked off 101 times this year and the opposition has started their drive outside their own 25, where a fair catch would put it, 6 times in 13 games. That’s fallen from 87-1 but is still amazingly good. We’ve either gained 40 yards of field positon or put the ball inside the other team’s 20 on 46 of 66 punts, (70% of the time). We are also +11 in turnovers. The 2001 team that keeps getting referred to was +15. Last year we were -12. It’s also good to be 61-0 on extra points. You expect to make it. It’s the fact that we did it 61 times that is exciting. Last year we were 35-1. Hofrichter and Szmyt will be back to continue to do wonders with their kicking. We are averaging 44ppg as it is. What are we going to see in the future?
